Beverly Farm Resort is located at Tabaco City, Albay in Bicol Region. It is being operated by a Japanese living in the Philippines for 13 years and has a wide experience in business operation. It's a membership resort intended for Retirees who plan to stay long or reside in the Philippines. The members can enjoy nature, use of swimming pool in front of the cottage and have a view of the most beautiful mountain in the world, the Mayon Volcano. The existing Farm House is open for dining and gathering of residents. Chemical-free and organic food such as rice, vegetables, meat, eggs and fish will be served fresh from the farm. Members can also have an opportunity to visit an exclusive island and relax in its white sand beach just nearby Tabaco City Bay.                          

Cottage

Studio Type Bungalow, 48sq.m. floor area with 12sq.m. veranda (5 cottages in 2,500sq.m. lot facing pool and Mayon Volcano view.)

Farm

Farm lot is 18,000sq.m.; Coconut tree garden with pond is 4,000sq.m.; Different varieties of fruit trees is 5,000sq.m.

Membership

1 share = P500,000.00, preferred share of Grand Beverly Farm Inc., with right to use a cottage for a lifetime. Yearly Due: P12,000.00, free use of cottage for 60 days (Actual expenses only.)

Dividend

Vacant unit will be rented from outgoing clients and a part of room charge will be declared as dividend to members.
